Privacy policy

This site is run by NRSelect, a sole trader business based in Norfolk.

When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your booking. We share these with the venue you are booking so they can host you, and we use them to send you emails about your booking. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

Venues who list with us give us their business and contact details. Venue fees are paid through Stripe; we never see or store card details.

We keep booking records for six years for accounting reasons, then delete them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@nrselect.co.uk.

We use one cookie to keep you logged in if you have a venue account, and one to protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
